
Hogs Host Midweek Matchup with Manitoba

Rockford, Ill. - The Rockford IceHogs (7-10-1-1) kick-start a stretch of four consecutive home games with their series opener against the Manitoba Moose (9-7-1-1) Wednesday night.
Puck drop is at 7 p.m. and doors open at 6 p.m. Tonight's slate of promotions features special discounts on companion tickets and various concessions at the IceHogs game, including $2 beer, hot dogs and sodas, all as part of WXRX Dollar Days. In addition, if the IceHogs win tonight, fans in attendance may redeem their ticket at the BMO Harris Bank Center Box Office for a free ticket of equal or lesser value to the next weekday home game (Monday-Thursday), courtesy of Fas Fuel.

Rockford will look to continue its success on its home ice during tonight's series opener against Manitoba. The IceHogs enter Wednesday boasting a 5-3-0-1 record at the BMO Harris Bank Center this season, but are currently seeking their first home victory over Manitoba since the 2009 campaign.
Last year, Tanner Kero and Mark McNeill paced the Hogs' offense against the Moose. The pair of forwards each collected two assists and one goal against Manitoba, finishing the season series with three total points in four contests.
Next Home Game: Friday, Dec. 2 vs. Chicago Wolves at 7 p.m. Face-off is set for 7 p.m. The IceHogs host the Wolves for the fourth meeting of the 2016-17 Illinois Lottery Cup series. Friday is also the final chance to purchase raffle tickets for the Great Christmas Tree Giveaway, and the IceHogs will be announcing the lucky winner during the third period of that evening's game.
