
Helton Assigned to Casper For Rehab

The Colorado Rockies have designated first baseman Todd Helton to the Casper Ghosts of the Pioneer League for rehab assignment. Helton will join the team on Thursday July 29th and play in games on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Helton is the Rockies all time leader in almost every offensive category. He is a five time National league All-star, a four time Silver Slugger award winner, a three time Gold Glove winner, and the 2000 winner of MLB's Hank Aaron award. Helton also led the National League in batting average ten times.
