Barre, VT- The Vermont Frost Heaves overcame a 12 point first quarter deficit and rolled to a convincing 118-98 victory over Quebec.

With the victory, the Frost Heaves now have a 1 ½ game lead over Halifax for the fifth and final playoff spot. If the season were to end today, the Heaves would take on Rochester in the four vs. five game for the right to take on Battle Creek in the second round.
Up next for Vermont is a Saturday night home contest in Barre against Montreal. The Kebs have that same Sasquatch ball club one week from Saturday in Quebec City.
