Lincoln Haymakers News Release
Lincoln, NE - The Lincoln Haymakers have started the offseason actively searching for a new Head Coach to improve the team's standings for the 2014 season. The Haymakers are looking to bring in a qualified candidate that can be the face of the franchise with the ability to further the team on the field and in the Lincoln community. In the second year of existence the Haymakers are looking to improve on their 4-8 record a season ago. Time is of the essence in the search as player signings will begin shortly after the league's summer meetings. Applications for assistant position coaches are also under review as the new Head Coach will have the option to add to the current staff that is in place. Experienced and qualified coaches who are interested should send their coaching resumes to Director of Football Operations, Justin Hayes at jhayes@lincolnhaymakers.com.
"Lincoln is a great community for football, and an excellent opportunity for a coach to develop a winning team for our passionate fan base." Mr. Hayes said Wednesday. "We're looking for the right coach to take our organization to the next level." During the search Lincoln is committed to upholding its mission statement "To build the city of Lincoln a top tier indoor football organization on and off the playing field, with a focus of family entertainment and community involvement."
