Hawks "Tragic" Number Reduced to 3

Boise Hawks News Release
The loss, coupled with Spokane's win over Tri-City, reduced the Hawks' "tragic" number to just 3. With 8 games left in the regular season, any combination of Boise losses and Spokane wins equaling 3 will mean elimination for the Hawks. The Hawks now trail Spokane by 6 games in the Northwest League's East Division standings. On the bright side, 6 of the remaining 8 games will be head-to-head contests between the Hawks and Indians.
