Arkansas RimRockers News Release
GREENVILLE, S.C., March 2 - The Atlanta Hawks signed Arkansas RimRockers center James Lang to a 10-day contract today, making him the eighth GATORADE Call-Up of the 2005-06 NBA Development League season and 58th overall since the league began play in November 2001.
Lang, 6-10, 285, is the first Arkansas player to earn a GATORADE Call-Up since the RimRockers began play in the D-League with the start of this season. He is the second D-Leaguer to earn a call-up in the last two days. Florida guard Andre Barrett signed with the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday.

He is third in the D-League in field goal percentage, having converted 99-of-173 (.572). Lang had his best month in the D-League in January, recording five double-doubles and averaging 22.0 minutes, 13.4 points and 7.8 rebounds in 12 games (seven starts).
An early entry in the 2003 NBA Draft out of Central Park Christian High School in Birmingham Ala., he was the 48th overall selection by the New Orleans Hornets.
