SYRACUSE (NY) - The Syracuse Chiefs announced today that there are six fireworks night scheduled during the 2008 season. Alliance Bank, Saranac (The F.X. Matt Brewing Company), Lockheed-Martin and Labatts will all sponsor one of the spectacular nights this year. The fireworks schedule is as follows:
Friday June 20th vs Richmond @ 7:00 PM
Saturday, July 12th vs Lehigh Valley @ 7:00 PM
Saturday, July 19th vs Durham @ 7:00 PM
Friday, August 1st vs Scranton @ 7:00 PM
Saturday, August 16th vs Rochester @ 7:00 PM
Sunday, August 31st vs Scranton @ 6:00 PM
Tickets for these games go on sale, beginning March 22 at 10:00 AM. Chiefs opening day tickets and tickets for the Cooperstown Classic (May 18 vs. Rochester) go on sale tomorrow morning at 10:00 AM.
The Chiefs open the 2008 season on Thursday, April 3 against the Louisville Bats, at Alliance Bank Stadium at 2:00 PM.
