HARTFORD, CT - The Hartford Colonials of the United Football League released the following players to the roster:
C Ryan Blaszczyk, Rutgers
DB, Dahna Deleston, Connecticut.
OT Joe Gibbs, Tennessee-Martin
DL Michael Hancock, Florida Atlantic
DL Kyle Harrington, Massachusetts
RB Tory Harrison, Southern Miss
OL Mike Hicks, Connecticut
RB Marlon Lucky, Nebraska
DE James Ruffin, Northern Iowa
WR Roren Thomas, Lindenwood
DB Tony Tiller, East Tennessee State
TE Chris Vaughn, Louisville
The Colonials also signed RB Dwayne Wright (Fresno State), who was recently released by the Steelers. Hartford's roster has been finalized with the UFL and will be announced Friday.
The Colonials open the season Sept. 18 against Sacramento at Rentschler Field in East Hartford. Kickoff is 2:30 pm. To purchase tickets, call 860-718-0141.
