HARTFORD, CT - Friday, July 16 - The Hartford Colonials of the United Football League added defensive tackle Simi Toeaina to the roster and removed defensive back Ahmad Carroll.
Toeaina, a native of American Samoa, played at the University of Oregon. The 6-4, 318-pound lineman was recently in New York Jets camp after being signed as an undrafted free agent in June.
