
HarbourCats, Black Bears Rained out Thursday

LONGVIEW, WA- The scheduled middle game of the Victoria HarbourCats three-game series against the Cowlitz Black Bears was postponed due to rain on Thursday evening in Longview, WA.
The HarbourCats (21-4) won the first game of the series with Cowlitz (12-16/0-1) on Wednesday evening by a 9-3 final. The HarbourCats and Black Bears will now conclude the series on Friday with a doubleheader beginning at 6:35pm at David Story Field in Longview.
PLAYOFF TICKETS
HarbourCats season ticket holders have the first opportunity to purchase playoff tickets until July 12. Tickets are being sold as a two-game package, and on July 12 those two-game packages will go on sale to all others and season tickets will be released for purchase as well.
Single-game tickets for the games, expected to be August 10 and 11 (the second game, if needed), will go on sale around July 26, but that will depend on sales volumes with the two-game packages.

UPCOMING HOMESTAND
The HarbourCats return home to Victoria on July 9 to 11 as they open the official second half of their season with a three game series against the defending WCL Champion Bend Elks at Royal Athletic Park.
Saturday, July 9: 6:35pm first pitch, gates open at 5:30pm. Postgame fireworks presented by SG Power.
Sunday, July 10: 1:00pm first pitch, gates open at 12:00pm. Harvey, the team's beloved mascot will celebrate his birthday with a bobblehead giveaway thanks to Synergy Health.
Postgame will be the Diamond Dig with Barclay's Fine Custom Jewelers and it is also Country Night as we celebrate Sunfest with Wilson's Transportation & View Royal Casino, as well as RBC Game Day.
Monday, July 11: 6:35pm first pitch, gates open at 5:30pm. Columbia Fuels is staging a special 'Feel the Heat' surprise promotion at this game.
