JUPITER, Fla. (June 19, 2017) - Dustin Geiger's tenth inning walk-off double snapped a five-game win streak for the Fort Myers Miracle (32-34) and gave the Jupiter Hammerheads (32-34) their seventh consecutive win.

RHP Brady Anderson worked through scoreless frames to the fourth inning. The rain started to come down heavily for only a handful of batters. During the downpour, Anderson allowed a pair of solo home runs to John Silviano and Dexter Kjerstad.

In the fifth, each team plated a run. The Miracle cut the deficit in half with an RBI-double from Tanner English, the only hit that starter RHP Jeff Brigham allowed. In the bottom of the inning, Geiger supplied the first of his two RBI-doubles to give the Hammerheads a 3-1 lead.

The eighth inning brought in RHP Ben Meyer who had not allowed a run in nine FSL innings. After issuing a pair of walks and hitting a batter, Meyer walked Nelson Molina on four pitches to make it a 3-2 game. In the ninth, Eric Alonzo had eight scoreless FSL frames to his name, but Max Murphy singled in English after his leadoff double to tie the game.

After RHP Jorgan Cavanerio (W, 2-2) stranded runners at second and third to hold the Miracle scoreless in the tenth, Geiger delivered with his double down the left field line against RHP Williams Ramirez (L, 2-1)

The two teams play the second-to-last game of the first half on Tuesday night when LHP Anthony McIver makes his first start of the year for Fort Myers. LHP Scott Squier goes for Jupiter with first pitch at 6:30 PM ET.
