
Hamilton Assigns David Urquhart to Wheeling

HAMILTON, ON - The Hamilton Bulldogs announced today that defenceman David Urquhart has been assigned to the Wheeling Nailers of the East Coast Hockey League from the Bulldogs.
Urquhart, 26, played in 13 games with the Bulldogs this season recording one assist and four penalty minutes. The native of Thorold, Ontario has also appeared in 17 games with Wheeling this season registering six points (one goal, five assists) and 15 penalty minutes. The 6-foot, 190-pound defenceman has played a total of 120 AHL games amassing 19 points (six goals, 13 assists) and 74 penalty minutes.
The Bulldogs will host the Lake Erie Monsters tonight for a 7:00 p.m. game at Copps Coliseum before welcoming the Syracuse Crunch to Hamilton for a 7:00 p.m. game on Friday, January 14th at Copps Coliseum. All regular season Hamilton Bulldogs broadcasts on AM 820 CHAM will begin with a pre-game show 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
