WHEELING, WV - The Ohio Valley Greyhounds defeated the Tupelo Fire Ants 73 - 24. The Ants jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the first 3 minutes of the game, but that lead would be their last of the evening. The Hounds led the at the half 43- 16 and held the Fireants to zero points in the fourth quarter, the Greyhounds improve to a perfect 4-0, Ants fall to 1-3.

Greyhounds defense allowed only 54 yds rushing and 102 yds and 3 touchdowns.
NIFL Leaders:
Ohio Valley is the # 1 scoring offense with 224 points an average of 56 pt/g. Second in Total Offense with 29 tds and 245.0 yds/g.
Ohio Valley is also # 1 in total defense allowing only 100 yds rushing and 435 yds passing an average of 133.8 yds/g.
The Greyhounds are # 1 in Rush Offense with 536 yds, 18 tds with an average of 134.0 yd/g. The Hounds rushing attack is lead by the 2000 IFL Offensive MVP Baron "Birdie" Dockery. Birdie is #1 in the NIFL in scoring with 72 pts. Dockery is also leading the league with 12 tds.
