Frankie Gregoire had two extra base hits, sparking the Bristol Blues (11-10) to a 7-4 victory over the Pittsfield Suns (10-11) on Sunday at Muzzy Field.
He doubled in the second inning, homered in the third inning, and singled in the fourth inning.
Jacob Wallace brought the heat against the Pittsfield Suns during his outing. The Pittsfield Suns managed just one hit off of Wallace, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three during his 2 1/3 innings of work.
Izzy Fuentes improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Bristol Blues. He allowed four runs over 5 2/3 innings. Fuentes struck out seven, walked two and gave up eight hits.
Craig Lacey was charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed seven runs in three innings, walked two and struck out one.
