With starting goalkeeper Greg Ranjitsingh away this week on international duty, Louisville City FC coach James O'Connor has called upon a familiar face to fill out his lineup card.
Fan favorite Scott Goodwin, who enrolled this semester at Harvard Medical School, will reunite with team for Saturday's road game against FC Montreal, briefly coming out of retirement to assist the club.
"We are obviously delighted that Scott has been able to join us for the weekend," O'Connor said. "He is and always will be a valued member of the Louisville City family."

A product of his home-state University of North Carolina, Goodwin signed with LouCity in 2015. His goals-against average ranked second-best in the USL, and he started 30 games across all competitions.
