WHO: The Glendale Raptors face the Houston Sabercats in a professional rugby match. Celebrating more than ten years of rugby success, the Raptors have exploded onto the American professional rugby scene - holding MLR's only undefeated record through the first six weeks of play, and sitting firmly atop the league standings throughout the same period. In attendance will be local media, Major League Rugby personnel, sponsors, and members of the Raptors owners group. A founding member team in the nation's professional rugby league, Major League Rugby, the Raptors' final regular season home game is June 16 against the Seattle Seawolves.
PLAYER TO WATCH: Raptors winger/fullback Harley Davidson is a player to watch. Originally from Idaho, Davidson played for Life University and has proven invaluable to the Glendale side in the inaugural professional season. In addition to having the best name in American rugby, commentator Dan Power asserted that Davidson is, pound for pound, one of the hardest players in the league to tackle.
WHY: The Raptors look to defend the only undefeated record in Major League Rugby.
