Gladiators Press Conference Rescheduled

Duke City Gladiators News Release


Albuquerque, N.M. - Albuquerque sports and athletes are important to everyone in the community and we support one another in every way possible.

Due to other major sports announcements in the community and in order for our press conference not to take away from other organizations, we have rescheduled our press conference for 2:00 PM on Wednesday January 18th, 2017 at Sinners 'N Saints Bar and Grill.

Major announcements to take place at the press conference include: the release of the 2017 home schedule, "First Responders Appreciation Night", a partnership with the Albuquerque Dukes organization, new additions to the coaching staff including Offensive Coordinator Meadow Lemon who is the son of the late great Harlem Globetrotter Meadowlark Lemon, details on an offer letter to former Dallas Cowboys great Terrell Owens along with an ownership offer to 3X Super Bowl Champion Jay Novacek, and the signing of former University of New Mexico great Quarterback Donovan Porterie.

Press conference to announce the 2107 season for the Duke City Gladiators will take place on Wednesday January 18th, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Sinners 'N Saints Bar and Grill on Montgomery & Eubank (9800 Montgomery Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87111 - in Paradise Square Shopping Center). All media outlets are invited to attend. There will be some food and beverages on hand.

Sinners 'N Saints Bar and Grill is a sponsor that will be featured at home games. The locally owned restaurant is the official DCG Dance Team sponsor of the Duke City Gladiators.
