Gladiators Deal Trio to Orlando to Complete Ginand Trade

The Gwinnett Gladiators have traded forward Tyler Murovich as well as defensemen Tristin Llewellyn and Ryan Donald to the Orlando Solar Bears to complete the trade that brought forward Ryan Ginand to Gwinnett on March 7th.

Murovich split the 2012-13 season between Gwinnett and AHL Hamilton. He earned 23 points (nine goals, 14 assists) in 42 games with Gwinnett. He was called up to Hamilton on January 13th and notched four points (three goals, one assist) in 18 games before he was re-assigned to the Gladiators on March 20th. Murovich also had five points (two goals, three assists) in ten 2013 Kelly Cup Playoff games.

Llewellyn was signed by Gwinnett as a free agent on January 11th and earned two points (one goal, one assist) in 27 games with Gwinnett. He also appeared in six CHL games with Rapid City and had two points and also earned 14 points (one goal, 13 assists) in 22 games with SPHL Fayetteville last season.

Donald posted a career best 21 points (four goals, 17 assists) in 62 games with Gwinnett in 2012-13. He also earned four points (one goal, three assists) in ten Kelly Cup Playoff games with Gwinnett.

Ginand earned three points, all assists, in seven games in the 2012-13 regular season with Gwinnett after he was acquired. The Milford, Massachusetts native totaled eight points (three goals, five assists) in eight Kelly Cup Playoff games with Gwinnett.
