Gladiators and Lotus Broadcasting Agree on Two-Year Extension with ESPN Radio

Las Vegas, NV, January 9, 2007 - The Las Vegas Gladiators and Lotus Broadcasting reached an agreement for ESPN Radio 920 to be the "Official Flagship Station of the Las Vegas Gladiators" for the next two Arena Football League seasons it was jointly announced today by Gladiators President/General Manager Sam Jankovich and ESPN Radio 920 Program Director John Hanson.

"Our partnership with the Las Vegas Gladiators has been a strong one since their inception. We look forward to it carrying on over the next two years and beyond," said Hanson, who will also serve as play by-play announcer and host of the weekly Gladiators radio program also heard on ESPN Radio 920.

Mike Pritchard, who has served as the Gladiators expert analyst on radio for the previous four seasons, will continue his duties for Gladiators' home games and Adam Grant will provide color commentary for all Gladiators road contests.

ESPN Radio 920 will broadcast all 16 Gladiators regular season games and any postseason games, along with a weekly Gladiators coaches show for the next two years.

"We are excited that the Gladiators will continue to call ESPN Radio 920 home for years to come," said Jankovich. "ESPN Radio 920 has been a great partner and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them."

Hanson is entering his first season as play-by-play voice of the Gladiators. He has been a fill-in announcer for the Gladiators for the past two seasons. He is the host of Hanson & Cokin weekdays from 1pm-3pm on ESPN Radio 920, along with Dave Cokin. He also serves as Program Director of ESPN Radio 920 and Fox Sports Radio 1460. John also calls the action for the Mountain West Conference men's and women's basketball Championships, as well as the conference baseball and softball tournaments. John is entering his fourth season as host of the Las Vegas Gladiators Coaches Show.

Pritchard starred at the University of Colorado, earning the teams Most Valuable Player honors during the Buffaloes 1991 National Championship season. He entered the NFL as the 13th overall selection in the first round of the 1991 NFL draft by the Atlanta Falcons. Pritchard became one of five players in NFL history to catch more than 200 passes in his first three seasons. During his stints in both Denver and Seattle, Pritchard had weekly radio and television appearances, including his weekly "Pritchard's Picks" in Denver.

Grant will be entering his first full season as color commentator for Gladiator away games. He filled in on several games as analyst in 2006 and teamed with Hanson to broadcast the 2006 ArenaBowl on ESPN Radio 920.

ESPN Radio 920 is the top rated sports radio station in the Las Vegas area, featuring such network programs as "The Herd with Colin Cowherd," "The Dan Patrick Show," and "Mike and Mike In The Morning," as well as local Las Vegas talk shows "Hanson & Cokin," "The Boss in the Box: Mitch Moss, The Last Man Standing," and "The Clubhouse Show with Seat & Paulie."
