Dayton Gems News Release

Dayton, OH- The Dayton Gems Ownership Group, proud member of the Central Hockey League announced today that for the fans that have already paid for their season tickets in full, they will be given the choice of having one of two options. The first of those options being that they would receive an extra voucher to be used at two home games of their choice (they could also use two vouchers at one single game). The second option suggests that the fans would be given the first two playoff games at no additional cost.

"Because our loyal fans have "technically" already paid for 35 home games, we feel that this solution of giving them their choice of what they would prefer to do with the two extra tickets is the right thing to do," said Gems President Rob Garfield. "We value our fans and want them to feel like they are being taken care of at all times. By us announcing these options we take away any confusion about how to cover the two extra games that have already been paid for."

In addition to the announcement regarding the options for the extra two games, the Gems also would like the fans to know that anyone who pays for their season tickets in full by August 31st will have their season tickets personalized with their names on the tickets and ticket book. Anyone who does not make the August 31st deadline will not receive the personalization (even if it's only the next day September 1st).
