‚¬Å“One of the great things about Klamath Falls is how many people from here want to stay here and be a part of the community, ‚¬Â Gems General Manager Chuck Heeman said. ‚¬Å“Mike could have gone a number of different places to fulfill his internship requirement, but he thought it important to return home and be a part of what the Gems are doing. Michael will also be responsible for arranging player and mascot appearances during the summer and will assist in ticket and advertising sales. He begins his duties in early June.
