
Geison to Play on Loan in Singapore

INDEPENDENCE, MO (December 20, 2013) - The Missouri Comets announced today that forward, Geison, would be playing the 2014 season in Singapore with S-League team Hougang United. Conditions of the agreement were not disclosed, per team policy.
Geison has been in Singapore since November 20th on trial with Hougang. He will remain with that team, not returning to the Comets this season. Although they will miss the flashy scorer, the Comets have won the past 3 games without Geison and are prepared for another successful season.
The Comets play at home against the St. Louis Ambush in the Independence Events Center on Sunday December 22nd at 5:10p.m. CT. Fans can take advantage of the special Comets Family Four Pack, with 4 Tickets, 4 Hot Dogs and 4 Sodas for $44 plus fees.
