Gator Country and Renda Broadcasting of Southwest Florida has been teamed up with Florida all season long as a broadcast and promotional partner helping lead the Firecats to their most successful season at the box office. The team has responded to the strong support going 7-1 in front of the hometown crowd.

"I've still got a lot to accomplish in this league, the individual records are nice and it'll be something to look back on after the season is done, but we have 3 more games to win."
After wrapping up home field advantage, the 2nd round schedule has been set and the Firecats will host an opponent yet to be determined on August 13th with the kickoff scheduled for 7:40pm.
