"So we tell all the players it's about earning opportunities. When you perform, you put yourself in a position to be selected in the first 11, 18 and unfortunately, when we underperform, you know, it's a potential of being bumped out of the 11 or bumped out of the 18. We believe in competition, we believe in accountability. Jacori's been a first-class professional, you know, he started off early on in the season as a starter and then got bumped being in the 18. Was a true professional, continued to work hard, continued to be a great pro off the field. Did the right things, received the opportunity, and made the most of it. A great game. Again, he brings leadership and tireless work ethic, he's committed to both ends of the ball which is essential for that number six position."

"It was really nice, you know, I've been competing every week and though I wasn't starting, I was helping my teammates and competing hard in training, just waiting for the next opportunity. Fortunately, that was this past weekend there was a good moment and I'm happy Tani scored and giving him an assist. But it's the same mentality this week preparing for Memphis, this weekend -Friday actually- so it's the same mentality just working hard every week and getting ready for the games. Whatever opportunity I get on the field, whether it's a sub, off the bench, or starting it's the same mentality."
