SAFC forward Nathan was named the SWBC Man of the Match after scoring another two goals last Sunday at RGV. With his tallies, Nathan now leads the team with seven goals and has scored seven in his last six matches. With his third brace of the season, Nathan has now recorded more braces than any other SAFC player in a single season in team history. Nathan leads the team in shots (31), shots on goal (17), and is fourth with 13 key passes, and was recently a finalist for USL Championship Player of the Month.
Winning Ways
With the 2-1 road win in RGV last Sunday, SAFC has now won four of its last six matches, including three on the road. The streak has improved the overall record to 6-5-6 on the season with 24 points compiled. In the first 11 matches of 2021, SAFC went 2-3-6, scoring 13 goals and conceding 13 goals. In the six matches since, SAFC is 4-2-0, scoring 12 goals and conceding seven overall.
