San Antonio FC defender Mitchell Taintor was named the SWBC Man of the Match on 7/25 vs. RGV after helping lead his team to a clean sheet in the 1-0 win. Taintor recorded game-highs in touches (103), successful passes (76) and possessions gained (10). In addition, Taintor also recorded team-highs in clearances (4) and interceptions (4), while adding an 84.4 percent passing accuracy and 90 percent duels won. So far through three games this season, Taintor leads SAFC in clearances (11), aerial duels won (13) and passes (186).
