North Richland, TX ( April 20th ) - Wichita will have its first chance tonight to close out the CHL Semifinals against Fort Worth as the two teams prepare to play Game 4 at 7:30 p.m. at the NYTEX Sports Centre. With a victory, Wichita would advance to its second-straight CHL Finals appearance.

Wichita took a 3-0 series lead with a 3-0 victory on Thursday night behind the strength of goals scored by Matt Robinson, Les Reaney and Matt Summers. Torrie Jung was outstanding in net for the Thunder, stopping all 29 shots he saw and earning his second shutout of the post-season. Jung leads the league in wins (7), goals against average (1.53) and save percentage (.937). Summers has recorded a goal and three assists and a +4 in his last two games. The Thunder also set two new records last Thursday. With the win, Wichita set a new playoff winning streak with seven-straight wins. Including the final two games of the regular season, Wichita has also won nine consecutive contests which is a new franchise record. Behind him is Shawn Szydlowski who has five points (2g, 3a) in six post-season contests. The Brahmas are very tough historically at home in the playoffs, going 22-9 all-time at NYTEX Sports Centre.
