LA Galaxy News Release
The LA Galaxy and Major League Soccer announced today that the Galaxy's home game against the Montreal Impact, originally scheduled for Saturday, April 6, will now be played at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16. With the new date, the Galaxy no longer have an MLS regular season game between the two legs of their CONCACAF Champions League semifinal against two-time defending Champions League winners Monterrey.
Playing in the semifinals of the Champions League for the first time ever, the Galaxy will host Monterrey at The Home Depot Center on Wednesday, April 3 with the second leg of that two leg, aggregate goal series being played at Estadio Tecnologico in Monterrey, Mexico on Wednesday, April 10. Both games will kick off at 7 p.m. (PT) and will be shown live nationally in English on FOX Soccer.
Galaxy Season Ticket Holders will receive their same tickets for the rescheduled game on Wednesday, October 16.
