
Gagnon Placed on Team Suspension

Moline, IL-Quad City Mallards President and General Manager Howard Cornfield today announced that right winger Jonathan Gagnon has left the team. Gagnon has been placed on team suspension and will not return to the Mallards. He recorded six goals and four assists for 10 points in 19 games with Quad City.
The Mallards are back on the ice on Friday in Rockford. The Mallards' sixth meeting with the Hogs begins at 7:05 p.m. on Fox Sports Radio AM 1230. The First Capital Financial Pre-Game Show starts at 6:40 p.m. from the MetroCentre. After the game, stayed tuned for the Allstate Insurance Del Newton/Christy Cox Post-Game Show.
The Mallards continue their road trip on Saturday and Sunday in Port Huron. On Saturday, the First Capital Financial Pre-Game Show starts at 5:40 p.m. with face off to follow at 6:05 p.m. On Sunday, game time is 4:05 p.m. with the First Capital Financial Pre-Game Show beginning at 3:40 p.m. Both games will be followed by the Allstate Insurance Del Newton/Christy Cox Post-Game Show.
