Fury's Charlie Gonzalez Inaugural Joseph Cairel Award Winner

(CARLSBAD, CA.) - The Major Arena Soccer League has announced the recipient of the inaugural Joseph Cairel Award will be Ontario Fury midfielder Charlie Gonzalez. This award, named after the late Ontario Fury and Tacoma Stars player is voted on by MASL players, coaches, and front office personnel to be given to the player deemed most passionate and inspirational in the League, traits definitely part of Joseph.
Gonzalez led the Fury in scoring during the regular season with 25 points (11G-14A). His 14 assists were tops on his club and he netted two game-winning goals in 10 games for Ontario.
