Fury and Riverhawks to host second tryout

Quad City Riverhawks News Release


Moline, IL- ILLOWA Professional Basketball, Inc., the ownership group for the Quad City Riverhawks(25-10 #9) and the Sauk Valley Rollers(17-17 #17) would like to announce its second free agent tryout camp for the upcoming ABA season. The camp will be held at the Sterling/Rock Falls YMCA located at 2505 YMCA Way Sterling Illinois, 61081. The tryout will be on Saturday August 18th from 2-5 pm

Camp participants have the opportunity to tryout for both the Riverhawks and the Rollers at one location. Through our tryouts we will be offering up to 24 roster positions for the season. Participants will receive a jersey and a copy of the tryout on DVD once it's produced.

Our first tryout was a huge success and we have already signed some great basketball talent for this upcoming season, but we are still looking for some more key pieces for the Riverhawks and the Fury.
