FRESNO, Calif. - Central Valley Fuego FC 2, nicknamed Fuego Dos, announce today Elliott Hord, Jose "Capi" Delgadillo, and Rodolfo Aguirre as a part of the League Two's technical staff for their inaugural 2022 season.

All three coaches will join head coach Orlando Ramirez in leading Fuego Dos. Elliott Hord will serve as First Assistant, Jose "Capi" Delgadillo will follow suit as Second Assistant and Rodolfo Aguirre will fulfill the role of Goalkeeper Coach.

"Being part of the technical staff of Fuego FC 2 is an honor because I have the chance to give back and share my experiences from playing with the first iteration of Fuego as well as playing professionally across the world," said Elliott Hord, First Assistant. "It's special to me because I grew up in the Fuego system and it provided me opportunities to grow on and off the field. Without it, I would not have reached my professional goals. I'm excited to work with players in the Central Valley who share the same passion and goals as I had while playing and ultimately do whatever I can to serve the player and staff to enhance our knowledge of the game."

Hord, a Fresno native competed for Fresno Fuego (formerly USL League Two) and collegiately for UC Davis. He also competed professionally for USL Championship sides Sacramento Republic FC and Hartford Athletic. As a coach, he currently serves as the women's head coach for the College of the Sequoias.

"I am one of a few individuals to have been involved in Fresno Fuego, Fresno FC and now Fuego FC. For me having the opportunity to have been a part of each phase of these franchises from the beginning until now has been a blessing," said Jose Delgadillo, Second Assistant. "To be able to serve my community by using the beautiful game as a vehicle to shape individuals with character, tireless work ethic and passion to better our society is rewarding. Dale Fuego!"

Delgadillo has been a part of the Fresno soccer community as a player and coach. As a player he has competed collegiately and professionally for Fresno Pacific University Sunbirds (1993-1997), Toros Neza of Liga de Balompié (1996), Fresno Dragons in USL A-League (1999) and Stanislaus County Cruisers (2000) in USL D3 Pro Leauge.

"My goal is to develop all my skills and knowledge of soccer in order to leave a legacy inside and outside Fuego FC and to be champion of USL League Two," said Rodolfo Aguirre, Goalkeeper Coach.

Aguirre, originally from Irapuato, Guanajuato has been on the technical side for over 20 years throughout California and Mexico. Most recently, he was promoted as the Associate Youth Director for California Odyssey Soccer Club.
