Columbia,SC- Friday night's weather forecast for Capital City Stadium is Cold to Very Cold as the Blowfish salute the wildly popular Disney movie "Frozen"!
The theme will carry throughout the game with music from "Frozen" plus Princess "Ana" will be in the house welcoming all the fans as they enter the gates and singing "If you want to build a Snowman" as well. A post game "Concert in the Sky" will delight fans of all ages as we have produced a musical "Frozen" tribute to compliment the Fireworks show!
Kids can dress up in "Frozen" costumes and there will be Blowfish prizes for the best dressed and most creative!
Plus it's Greater Lexington Chamber of Commerce Appreciation Night. The Blowfish are excited to welcome Lexington Chamber Business Members Friday night to the ballgame. Click here for more information on the Lexington Chamber.

The Coastal Plain League is the nation's hottest summer collegiate baseball league. Celebrating its 18th season in 2014, the CPL features 14 teams playing in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. The CPL gives college players the chance to refine their skills with the use of wooden bats. Players are housed with local host families for the summer and past experiences have been very positive for both players and hosts. The CPL has had nearly 1,200 alumni drafted and 68 of those - including 2011 AL MVP and Cy Young winner Justin Verlander - make their Major League debut; while another notable alum, Russell Wilson, won Super Bowl XLVII
