Frostbite Open Training Camp Today

GLENS FALLS, NY - The Adirondack Frostbite, proud members of the United Hockey League, open their 2005-06 training camp this morning at the Glens Falls Civic Center. All Frostbite practices are open to the public at no charge.

The team will practice each day this week from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon. Adirondack will take on the Elmira Jackals in a pair of pre-season contests this weekend. Friday night, the teams will meet at First Arena in Elmira for a 7:00 face-off. On Saturday, the Frostbite play host to the Jackals at the Glens Falls Civic Center in a 7:35 p.m. start. All Frostbite season-ticket holders receive a free ticket to this game as part of their season ticket package. All other tickets are can be purchased at discounted rates of $10 for adults and $7 for seniors, students and children.

Season tickets for the 2005-06 season are still available until October 22. Season tickets are $359 for adults and $309 for children, students, and seniors. Flex Packs can be purchased at any time during the season. These packs of 10 vouchers can be redeemed for tickets to any Frostbite home game. The cost is $120 for adults, $100 for seniors and students, and $85 for children. For more information, contact the Frostbite office at (518) 926-7825. Adirondack opens the 2005-06 regular season on Friday, October 21, with a road date at Richmond. The Frostbite open the home portion of the schedule on Saturday, October 22, also against the RiverDogs, with face-off set for 7:35 p.m. at the Glens Falls Civic Center.
