
Frontenacs Hire Lauren Fulop as Nutritional Consultant

The Kingston Frontenacs are pleased to announce that we have hired Lauren Fulop as our Nutritional Consultant.
As a former university athlete and current sports coach, high school health and physical education teacher and group fitness instructor, Lauren is well matched to address the needs of aspiring athletes and their families. Lauren is a graduate with an honors degree in Human Kinetics and Teaching degree from the University of Windsor. She also is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist from CSNN and has her First Aid/AED/CPR qualifications.
"Lauren brings a lot of experience and knowledge to the Kingston Frontenacs organization," said General Manager/Head Coach, Paul McFarland. "We are excited to have her as our Nutritional Consultant and help our players become well rounded athletes."
Lauren is currently working towards her Graduate Degree in Applied Health Sciences from Western. She is currently the nutritional and wellness consultant for the National Hockey League's Referees Association. Lauren works as a nutritional consultant for 2 clinics and has worked with the Waterloo Regional Boxing Academy, several OHL players, minor hockey and baseball teams and the OHA Trainers Association. Being a teacher, coach and fitness instructor for teenagers for the last 19 years and working with parents, has given Lauren significant insight in helping people create and achieve holistic and balanced nutritional and wellness smart goals.
