Friends of the Riders Touchdown Lottery Held

Friends of the Riders Touchdown Lottery President Tom Shepherd is pleased to announce Rod & Roxanne Hamm of Saskatoon, Lorraine Twarcy of Regina and Jerry Andreas of Saskatoon, won the $100,000.00 grand prizes in this year's Friends of the Riders Touchdown Lottery.
In addition, Alden Georget of Prince Albert won $271,000 in the newly added 50/50 extra point draw.
Tonight the Friends of the Riders Touchdown Lottery also gave out 1,349 other incredible prizes worth in excess of $1,932,200.00.
The Friends of the Riders Touchdown Lottery 2011, presented Rider Chairman Roger Brandvold with a record cheque for $1.5 million. The proceeds from this year's Lottery will go directly to the Football Club's bottom line. Since 1986, the Friends of the Riders Lottery has raised over $14.8 million for the Saskatchewan Roughriders, while giving out more than $23 million in prizes.
Once again the entire province helped support the Friends of the Riders Touchdown Lottery. The winners list includes lucky winners from 251 different Saskatchewan communities.
The Friends of the Riders and the entire Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Organization would like to congratulate all prizes winners and thank all Rider fans who purchased lottery tickets.
The results of the draw and a list of winners will appear in the November 4th editions of the Leader Post, the Saskatoon Star Phoenix and the Prince Albert Daily Herald. It will also be posted on the Riders website at www.riderville.com or on www.friendsoftheriders.com
