Friday's Game Time Moved to Accommodate High School Contest
February 7, 2006 - North American Hockey League (NAHL)
Fargo-Moorhead Jets News Release
Fargo (ND) In order to accommodate the moved Fargo North vs. Fargo South boys hockey game on Friday at the Carlson Coliseum, the Fargo-Moorhead Jets have agreed to delay their game against the Billings Bulls.
The original start time for the FM Jets' game was 7:05pm.
Fargo North and Fargo South have had to move their game scheduled for Thursday night, to 4:20pm on Friday afternoon due to unforeseen circumstances. The FM Jets' game will now start roughly 30 minutes after the high school game has ended, putting the opening face-off anywhere between 7:15-7:30pm.
However, depending on the speed of the high school game, there is a chance the FM Jets' game could still begin at the original time.
Fans will need separate tickets to attend the games. The FM Jets will begin selling tickets for their game at the door no later than 5pm on Friday, to allow people to conveniently purchase tickets for both games at once.
The FM Jets are the 2005 Borne Cup Champions and are in their third season as members of the North American Hockey League. The NAHL is the nation's largest Junior A hockey league and is now in its 30th year of operation.
Jets home games are played at the John E. Carlson Coliseum in Fargo, ND. All games are broadcast at 103.9 THE TRUCK and fmjets.com.
