Friday's game at Mystic canceled due to rain

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. - The North Adams SteepleCats' scheduled Friday evening cross-division contest at Mystic has been canceled due to rain in the forecast, the teams announced this morning.

With steady rain falling all across Connecticut, and with more rain scheduled in the forecast for later tonight, both teams have agreed to postpone the tilt until a later date.

No makeup date has been announced at this time. More information will be available on www.steeplecats.com when it is available.

The SteepleCats return to action tomorrow, July 21, for another cross-division matchup at the New Bedford Bay Sox. First pitch from Paul Walsh Field is set for 6:30 p.m. Follow the action online via Game Tracker and live video/audio webcast on www.necbl.com.
