Portland Winterhawks News Release
The Portland Winter Hawks and Comcast SportsNet have revised the Portland Winter Hawks 2007-08 home television broadcast schedule that does not include Friday, December 7, 2008.
The annual New Year's Eve game between the Winter Hawks and the Seattle Thunderbirds will kick off the home telecast season. That game will air live at 5:00 P.M. on Monday, December 31, 2008 on Comcast Cable Channel 37.
Revised Schedule:
Mon, 12/31, 5:00 P.M. vs. Seattle
Sun, 1/6, 5:00 P.M. vs. Prince George
Fri, 1/11, 7:30 P.M. vs. Spokane
Mon, 1/21, 2:00 P.M. vs. Spokane
Mon, 2/18, 2:00 P.M. vs. Prince George
Sat, 3/18, 7:00 P.M. vs. Seattle
Comcast and the Winter Hawks had originally planed on airing this Friday's game against the Seattle Thunderbirds. Both the Winter Hawks and Comcast are hoping to find a replacement game.
