
Free Public Skating at TD Place During March Break

OTTAWA-GATINEAU - The Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group is opening the Arena at TD Place Tuesday through Friday for free public skating from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. during the March Break. The Ottawa 67's are also opening the doors to their practice on Thursday, March 17 (2:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m.) with an autograph session with the team following practice.
DATE: Tuesday, March 15 to Friday, March 18
TIME: 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. (Public Skate)
LOCATION: Arena at TD Place, 1015 Bank St.
PARKING: Free parking between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. when you visit one of the restaurants at Lansdowne. Paid parking is available in the underground lot at TD Place. Public transit routes are also available.
Skaters are asked to enter the arena at Gate 2 and will be directed to the dressing rooms at ice level.
Other useful information for skaters at TD Place:
It is highly recommended that all skaters wear a Canadian Standards Association (CSA)-approved helmet during skating sessions to help prevent head injuries. All skaters aged 10 and under, as well as any new or inexperienced skaters of any age will be required to wear a helmet.
Kids aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult
Hockey sticks and pucks are not permitted
Fans are encouraged to come early and stay late and enjoy everything that Lansdowne Park - Ottawa's exciting sports and entertainment destination - has to offer. Choose from one of the many restaurant options and enjoy a unique experience at Lansdowne Park.
