Edmonton, AB - The Capital Region's biggest Hot Dog Tour EVER launches Tuesday May 25. The Edmonton Capitals are gearing up for their Home Opener with a week long Hot Dog Give Away Extravaganza. The Caps will relish this opportunity to catch up with their fans and get them ready for the 2010 Capitals Season presented by Canadian Tire. They'll be giving away FREE Hot Dogs from Noon - 1 p.m. (while quantities last) every day starting May 25 leading up to Opening Night Tuesday June 1 against Maui Na Koa Ikaika - the Warriors.
One of the stops will be Inner City High School where the Capitals will be serving up lunch to not only the students but all members of the Boyle McCauley community will be welcome. Fans can also register for a chance to host the last stop on the tour on Monday May 31st by listening to SONiC 102.9.
The Edmonton Capitals are Edmonton's first choice for professional baseball and family entertainment. Capitals season seats start at under $9 per game and individual game tickets are available for just $10 every game. The Caps Home Opener is scheduled for Tuesday, June 1 at TELUS Field.
