Franckk Tayou Named Week 10 Defensive Player of the Week

The Major Arena Soccer League (MASL) announced today the Week Ten Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week winners. Empire Stryker's Franck Tayou earned the offensive win and the Baltimore Blast's William Vanzela won the defensive honors.

Tayou earns the Week 10 honors after earning Player of the Month honors for January and before an eight point performance last night against the San Diego Sockers. The red-hot forward recorded five goals and one assist in two games played in Week 10. One of those goals came as the game-winner in a shootout against Monterrey Flash.
