The Aiken Foxhounds' offense exploded Monday night at Roberto Hernandez Stadium, drilling three home runs and collecting four hits as the 'Hounds (25-26, 3-3) handed the South Georgia Peanuts (37-12, 4-1) their first loss of the second half of the season, 17-6.
Scott Houin had four hits and four RBI, Chad Miller homered and drove in four runs, Josh Eachues hit his first professional home run and drove in four, and Ben Bando had three hits, three RBI, and homered for the third consecutive game for the Foxhounds.
Aiken and South Georgia will play game two of their three-game series on Tuesday night at 7:05 PM at Hernandez Stadium.
