Forward Madison FC News Release

Public health officials of Dane County have issued an indoor mask mandate starting Thursday, August 19. In response to this new mandate, Forward Madison will be implementing new mask guidelines effective immediately. Regardless of vaccination status, all guests are required to wear a mask while in any indoor space of the Breese Stevens Field facility, including tents, while not actively eating or drinking.

This includes private spaces like the Forward Club and suites as long as more than one family or household are in the space. If an individual is eating or drinking, they will not need to wear a mask. If not in an indoor space, as described above, guests are not required to wear a mask at this time. The safety of our fans, players, and overall community is of the utmost importance to us as a club, we ask everyone to please plan ahead in order to adhere to these new mask guidelines.
