Former NBA star to join Beach Breakers Training Camp

Long Beach, CA. Former Long Beach State and NBA Utah Jazz star Bryon Russell will be among the players in the ABA Long Beach Breakers Training Camp which starts Monday, October 29th and goes through Friday, November 2nd from 2-4pm at Weingart-Lakewood YMCA, 5835 E. Carton Street in Long Beach.

"We're absolutely excited to have Bryon join us for the camp; he has a ton of NBA experience, played at Long Beach Stgate and is one of the all time nicest people that you would ever want to meet," said team owner Carl Williams.

Olden Polynice, former NBA star and the Breakers head coach added, "Bryon Russell can help show these young guys what professionalism is all about. He will add much to our camp. We're excited."

Training camp is only open to members of the Weingart-Lakewood YMCA and all media. The Breakers home opener is Sunday, November 18th at Long Beach City College.
