
Former NBA All-Star Cedric Ceballos signs with LA Stars

Los Angeles, CA. Burrel Lee, GM of the ABA Los Angeles Stars today announced the signing of former NBA All-Star and NBA Slam Dunk Champion, 6'7" 220 Forward Cedric Ceballos. Coach Lee stated, "With the signing of Cedric, to go along with player/coach Andre Spencer, we are putting together a great group of seasoned veterans to go along with the young group of players we've signed - we are piecing together the LA Stars puzzle piece by piece."
Cedric, who was drafted out of Cal State Fullerton in the 2nd round in the 1990 NBA draft, played in 609 NBA games and scored a career high 50 points vs the Minnesota Timberwolves on Dec 20,1994. He was selected to the 1995 NBA All-Star Game and won the 1992 Slam Dunk Contest with the famous Blindfolded Dunk. He also played in the ABA for the Las Vegas Slam.
