North York, ON - - Forge FC left a statement with a 4-0 win against provincial rivals York United FC. From the first minute Forge FC looked to be on its groove and it showed with the club taking a 2-0 lead in the first half from a pair of goals from striker Terran Campbell in the 25th and 33rd minute. Forge kept the momentum going in the second half with Tristan Borges scoring his first goal of the season in the 47th minute, followed by Terran Campbell completing his hat-trick to put Forge up 4-0 in the 54th minute.

Forge FC are second place in the Canadian Premier League with a total of 22 points.

KEY POINTS:

Forge FC finished the match with a total of 53.5% possession.

Terran Campbell - Scored three goals making it his first career hat-trick and was named the Gatorade Performer of the match. Campbell now has a league leading 7 goals on the season and a total of 14 goals for Forge FC all-time.

Triston Henry - Recorded 2 saves on pace to his fourth clean sheet of the season.

Kyle Bekker - Recorded 1 assist in the match, moving his total up to a league leading 4 assists on the season.

David Choiniere - Recorded his first assist of the season.

Tristan Borges - Recorded his first goal of the season and tallied his third assist of the season. Borges is the clubs all-time assist leader with 23 assists.
