Weekend Recap: Force Split, Gain Two Points

Friday/Saturday, February 20th and 21st
Fargo Force vs. Indiana Ice
Results: 4-1 (loss) & 2-1 (win)
The Force split with the Indiana Ice in a weekend series that attracted 8,266 fans and the 3rd highest total in franchise history Saturday night with a draw of 4,397. The Force maintained their lead over Sioux Falls for 3rd place in the western division by collecting two points. Andy Taranto scored all three goals last weekend to extend his team leading total to eighteen.
Friday night's game was dedicated to Gabriel Dunnack and honored his memory with a moment of silence. Gabriel was a member of the local hockey community and was tragically killed this past December in a car accident.

2009 Fargo Force Hockey School
The Fargo Force will be hosting a 2009 Summer hockey school at the Urban Plains Center in Fargo, ND. There are 5 different programs that are going to be available: regular one-week sessions, learn to skate, skill developer, defensemen's camp, and a goalie camp.
The camp will begin on July 19th and run through August 21st.
