
Force defender has successful surgery

CLEVELAND, OHIO- Dr. Ray Onders of University Hospitals and Cleveland Force Trainer Aaron Galpert announced that defender Nevio Pizzolitto underwent successful hernia surgery today at University Hospitals.
Pizzolitto suffered the hernia on March 6 at St. Louis and then re-aggravated the injury in Cleveland's 8-7 overtime victory over the Kansas City Comets on Sunday, March 21.
Nevio has appeared in 19 games this season for the Force and has recorded three goals and added three assists for a total of six points. He has also added 22 blocks.
