
Force Concludes Three Game Week On Sunday In St. Louis

CLEVELAND, OHIO âThe Force will cap off a busy three game in four day trek with the third and final game on Sunday, April 10 when the team travels to the Show Me State for the second time in the three games when they takes on the St. Louis Steamers at the Savvis Center.
The games can be heard live on WHK 1420 AM or WHKW 1440 AM in Warren/Youngstown or live worldwide on the Internet at www.thesportsking.com and is scheduled to start at 7:05 pm.
Cleveland comes into the game with a record 18-16 overall, 8-8 on the road and 10-8 at home. The Force is currently 1-1 on its busiest week of action of the season after posting a victory over the Kansas City Comets on Thursday night by a final score of 4-3 at Kemper Arena but came up short against the Baltimore Blast on Friday night at the Wolstein Center by a final score of 7-6.
St Louis enters tonight's game versus the Chicago Storm with a record of 19-16 overall, 11-6 at home and 8-10 on the road. The Steamers defeated the Storm by a final score of 7-5 last Sunday at the Savvis Center.
The game between Cleveland and St Louis between the Force and the Steamers will mark the fifth and final regular season meeting this season between the two squads as well as the third game at the Savvis Center. The contest will mark the 81st meeting between the two squads with Cleveland holding a 43-37 advantage. Cleveland leads the season series 3-1 and has won the last two meetings including a 6-5 victory on February 27th by a final score of 6-5 at the Wolstein Center
In the series with the Steamers, the Force is led by forward and team captain John Ball with seven points on five goals and two assists. Forward Chris Handsor holds second place with three goals and two assists totaling five points. Forward Antonio Sutton is in third place of the series with four points of three goals and one assist.
The Steamers are paced by forward Daryl Doran with five points on three goals and two assists. In second place, with four points, is forward Shaun David with one goal and three assists. Third place is held by forward Joe Reiniger with one goal and three assists totaling three points.
